Situated in the South of France, La Détente is a lovingly renovated private house standing in its own grounds of around 1.25 acres, situated in the countryside, yet only 4km away from all the facilities of the nearby town of Graulhet. The house is appointed to a very high standard with a modern fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and two further showers.

In total there are five well apportioned bedrooms (three king size doubles and two twin singles), allowing up to ten people to be accommodated in real comfort. There is a large swimming pool (10m x 6m) with corner steps and a super diving board. The pool has recently been fitted with an electric cover and solar heating which ensures the water is warm enough for comfortable bathing even at the beginning and end of the season.

There is also a wonderful modern asphalt tennis court, ideal for families with children and young people. The grounds are full of mature trees and shrubs as well as grass lawn areas for playing games.

The house lies centrally in the Tarn department allowing easy access to a host of medieval villages and towns, including Gaillac, Albi, Castres, Cordes sur Ciel and of course Toulouse is only a 50min drive away.
